W przypadku gdy od dnia 1 stycznia 2019 r. nie zostanie wprowadzona do stosowania taryfa uwzględniająca stawkę opłaty OZE w wysokości, o której mowa w niniejszej Informacji, przedsiębiorstwo to jest obowiązane w rozliczeniach z odbiorcami końcowymi od dnia 1 stycznia 2019 r. stosować opłatę OZE według stawki opublikowanej w Biuletynie URE z 30.11.2018 r:
